Intensity Infrastructure Partners Bakken Play Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Phase II Extension
As a result of interest in the February 3, 2025 Intensity Infrastructure Partners Bakken Play Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Project (“Phase I Pipeline”) open season (“Phase I Open Season”), Intensity Infrastructure Partners LLC (“Intensity”) hereby announces an open season (the “Phase II Extension Open Season”) to construct an extension to the to-be constructed Phase I Pipeline that would extend into eastern North Dakota (the “Phase II Extension”, and together with the Phase I Pipeline, the ”Intensity Pipeline”). In addition to the approximately 136 mile Phase I Pipeline, the Phase II Extension will require the construction of an approximately 208 mile, 30” diameter natural gas transmission pipeline which is proposed to interconnect with the Phase I Pipeline in southern McLean County, North Dakota and terminate near Casselton, North Dakota. The Intensity Pipeline will transport transmission pipeline quality processed gas in accordance with applicable gas quality specifications to be determined based on the end-user requirements. Through this Phase II Extension Open Season, Intensity seeks to identify market interest in and potential customers desiring transportation of natural gas on the Phase II Extension. Pending customer interest and commitments with respect to the Phase II Extension and contingent upon the completion of construction of the Phase I Pipeline, the targeted in-service date for the Phase II Extension is January 1, 2030.
Open Season Information
During the Phase II Extension Open Season bidding period (9:00 a.m., CDT, April 17, 2025, to 1:00 p.m., CDT, May 23, 2025), parties interested in obtaining capacity must submit a Service Interest Form, which specifies the maximum daily quantity (MDQ) such party is interested in transporting, contract term (10 year minimum required), rate, receipt point(s), and delivery point(s).
